Do you sell directly to the public?

Sorry no, we only supply trade customers that have been approved.

How do I become an approved trade customer?

Click here to apply to become a website trade customer. If your application is approved you will be given full access to the website and will be able to view products, prices, and place orders.

Why can't I see products and prices?

You need to register and have your application approved to view our products and prices. Please register with us on our simple registration page to apply.

I am approved but I can't log in.

To log in, you need to enter your username and password. Your username is the email address which you used when you registered.  Your password is the password you chose when you registered. Log in details are case sensitive.

If you have forgotten your password, click on the "forgotten password" link  and we will send you a new password to access your account (If you do not receive within a few minutes , please check your Junk E-mail folder just in case the message got delivered there instead of your inbox)

What's your minimum order value?

Our minimum order value is dependent upon the delivery location.

You can order as many different products as you want - Products are sold by the box quantity and not as individual pieces.

For mainland UK the value is £500 (ex VAT)

For Northern Ireland the value is £1,000 (ex VAT)

For Ireland the value is £1,000

Rest of the World the value is £1,000

Do you offer any discounts?

The website displays our trade price (ex VAT).  This is the price you pay.

Can I add to my order?

To ensure we offer a prompt and efficient service to you, once an order has been placed it is immediately processed and as a result we regret that no changes can be made to that order. Any request for an addition that can be facilitated will incur an admin charge.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel an order please call us on 0161 8659 333 or email us weborders@beamfeature.co.uk quoting your name and order number. We will do our very best to cancel it for you, but please note that if your order has been picked this will incur a cancellation charge. It will not be possible to cancel your order if it has already been despatched.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Your order is processed immediately on checking out. Orders placed before 12 noon and on weekends will be despatched the following working day. We will email you notification that your order has been shipped. You can then expect delivery within 3-5 working days dependent upon delivery location.

What are your delivery terms?

How do I pay?

We accept most major credit cards through our secure payment gateway. We also accept payment by bank transfer and cheque. Please note: bank transfer payments can take up to 3 working days, cheque payments take up to 2 weeks to clear.

Can I get a credit account?

New customers wishing to be considered for a credit account must have previously completed 3 or more transactions on a pro forma basis.

Do you dropship?

No, we do not offer a drop shipping service.  

Do you ship outside the UK ?

We are more than happy to delivery your order to any UK freight forwarder who can then ship your order to any destination in the world.
